I was born on July 21, 1978, in Kilkis, my father is Kostas, my mother is Fotini and my brothers are Tasos and Giorgos. I have been married since 2008 to my teenage love, Vangelis Passalidis, and we have three children, Pavlos, Konstantinos and “the cause of it all”, Daphne.
I studied Chemistry at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained a master’s degree specializing in Advanced Chemical Analysis. I worked as a calibration technician in a metrology laboratory, as a foreign sales manager in a surgical suture production laboratory and as a quality control and quality systems manager in a heavy clay building materials industry. But I always loved being in the lab, experimenting and creating.
My curiosity and engagement with the magical world of aromatic-medicinal plants, essential oils and in general plant raw materials and their properties for the production of cosmetics started several years earlier, when I started making soaps in the home kitchen for our family . My knowledge of “bad” chemistry and its effects on humans and the environment, along with the creation of our family, pushed me to seek the practice of “good” and safe chemistry, in the production of cosmetics. I wanted the products I use on my children primarily for cleaning and skin care to be the best choice and to combine science and nature to create them. After seminars, trainings, countless hours dedicated to research and experimentation, with a lot of persistence, patience and effort but also many obstacles and delays, the dream came to fruition and our laboratory was created in the city of Kilkis.
We took our first steps in September 2022 with a small range of face and body products and are slowly expanding, always listening to our customers’ needs.
